- Membership & Registration
All players must be registered with West Cork Volleyball Club through our chosen management platform.
Players participating in official competitions must also register with Volleyball Ireland via JustGo.
Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by the club.
- Fees & Payments
Monthly fees must be paid by the 5th of each month via the club’s selected payment method.
Social Volleyball sessions may be paid per session or monthly.
Late payments may result in a temporary pause in training participation.
Any changes to fee structure will be communicated in advance.
- Training & Conduct
All players must arrive on time and participate respectfully during training.
Appropriate clothing and indoor shoes must be worn.
Players are expected to listen to coaches and show sportsmanship at all times.
Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or disrespect toward others will not be tolerated.
- Parental Responsibility (for minors)
Parents/guardians must ensure children are dropped off and collected on time.
Parents are encouraged to support their child’s development and may be asked to assist at events.
- Media & Photography
The club may take photographs or videos for promotion on social media and website.
Consent for media use will be requested upon registration and can be withdrawn anytime.
- Health & Safety
Players must inform the coach of any relevant medical conditions or injuries.
The club holds no responsibility for injuries sustained outside official club events.
First aid will be provided on-site where required.
- Cancellations & Missed Sessions
In case of hall unavailability or unforeseen events, training may be rescheduled or cancelled.
Refunds are not given for missed sessions due to personal absences unless agreed.
- Volleyball Ireland Compliance
As an affiliated club, we follow the rules and guidelines set by Volleyball Ireland.

All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Changes to Terms
West Cork Volleyball Club reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Members will be notified of any changes.
