🗓 Training Schedule (Starting September)

• Ages 7–10: Tuesdays 4:00–5:30 PM
• Ages 11–13 (Beginners): Tuesdays 5:30–7:00 PM
• Under 18s: Thursdays 5:00–7:00 PM & Saturdays 2:00–4:00 PM
• Social Volleyball (Adults): Tuesdays 8:00–10:00 PM
• Women’s only : Saturdays 4-6pm
